The certificate program is open to all currently enrolled undergraduate students at the University. Administration of the selection process for admission will be the responsibility of faculty identified by the unit head. In the event that student demand exceeds the number of seats available in the required courses, the application may serve as a selection tool, and a GPA cut-off may be implemented. Students are expected to simultaneously satisfy the requirements of the certificate while completing their degree requirements. If courses listed below are used to satisfy degree requirements, they may also be used to satisfy certificate requirements. Please refer to the UGA Bulletin for prerequisite courses.

Application Process

The application periods are September 1–October 1 and February 1–March 1. The application will be available under the FinTech link at https://www.terry.uga.edu/certificates/fintech/
