Minor in Crop Science


Program Description

a) A minor must contain at least 9 hours of upper division course work. b) Courses taken to satisfy Core Areas I through V may not be counted as course work in the minor. c) Courses taken in Core Area VI may be counted as course work in the minor. Crop Science is the study of plants that are used to produce food and fiber for humans and feed for animals. Modern crop science includes basic and applied courses in a variety of study areas.
