a) Students are required to complete at least 16 hours of course work (minimum grade of a "C" (2.0) for each course) for the minor, and all prerequisites must be taken prior to enrolling in the required courses. b) Courses taken to satisfy core Areas I through V may not be counted in the minor. c) Courses being counted as part of a student's requirements for a major may be counted as part of the course work for the minor.
Agricultural and Applied Economics applies economic principles to food and fiber production, natural resource management, community and regional economic development, environmental policy, and international trade.
