The Department of Textiles, Merchandising and Interiors offers a Master of Science (M.S.) degree guided by expert faculty, with the opportunity to work side by side with faculty who will guide in thesis research on a topic of the student's choice. Students will conduct an in-depth research study in one of several specialization areas in conjunction with supporting coursework. Specialization areas of study are based on faculty expertise. The master’s program also offers a non-thesis option which requires an internship or supervised project equivalent to thesis research.
