The goal of the Master of Education in LLOD is to develop student’s knowledge of the theory and practice in each of these areas: adult learning, leadership, and organization development. The LLOD program is designed to (1) advance the knowledge and skills of early-and mid-career professionals for leadership careers related to learning and change at the individual, group, organization, community, and societal levels, in a variety of settings (corporate, educational, non-profit, social profit, government, etc.) and (2) develop practitioners who can use knowledge / theory to enhance their practice and contribute to knowledge in the field. The degree program operates on a rolling-based cohort model, admitting students each fall semester.
